Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds comes out of right field, the place in a baseball stadium where evil is born. Reynolds has already built a moat around our state and remade Iowa into her personal kingdom, a privatized desert of regression that shuns minorities, rewards the wealthy, puts guns in all pockets, denies women bodily autonomy, serves only the rightwing puritans, bans books and emasculates school curricula while debasing public schools and their teachers — all while filling the moat with pig sh*t and turning the populous majority into MAGA-maniacs.

What voter would be foolish enough to support anyone like that?

If this seems harsh, wake up. Look around. Woke is good, but likely to become illegal. There’s a story here, and it’s tragic. Write about it The Gazette, The New York Times, The Des Moines Register, Todd Dorman, Rekha Basu, Washington Post.
